George was born on January 10, 1949. At an earlier age, his life was very poor, and survival was very difficult. His whole family progressed in poverty, and George faced difficulties; he dropped out of school at an early age. Faced many problems in street fights. He started a job in a US government company. When he met with Doc Broadus, he forced him to start boxing. Foreman made a strong grip in boxing very short time. His cardio, heavyweight lifting, and passion were appreciated.

In 1968, his biggest achievement was winning the gold medal in heavyweight boxing. There was a moment after his victory that saw him being called a boxing hero in the ring. Before challenging for the world title. He had consistently 37 wins. He defeated the other fighter with his full strength and aggressiveness. In January 1973, he fought with Joe Frazier. Foreman knocked down Frazier. On October 30, 1974, he fought Muhammad Ali very famous fight in boxing history. Ali used his hidden strategy against Foreman and tired his strength.
At last, Ali defeated Foreman in the 8th round. And he was really shocked when he lost that fight. In 1977, Foreman returned, but he lost a fight to Jimmy Young. After a long time, Foreman tried to come back and fought with the fighters. When he was 38. People thought that he was too old. But Foreman shocked everybody with his Passion, big mindset. He won 76 and lost 5. He died on March 21, 2025.
